I had an excellent car-buying experience! Bob and Alex were fantastic to work with. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and never once made me feel pressured. They even let me take the vehicle to lunch so I could spend some real time with it and make sure it was the right fit for me, which I really appreciated. The finance manager also made the paperwork process incredibly quick and seamless. From start to finish, everything was easy and stress-free. This was by far the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this dealership!

Had a good experience with Keith Gunning, a salesman at Huntley Ford. Friendly, courteous, and honest with options. I'd go to him again. But to be completely honest, I wish I could say the same about the Finance person who was not quite as open and tried to sneak in a $7500 Warranty without really asking/explaining. Just tried to get it "included in the monthly payments" and hoped we didn't notice. Pay attention and do your math ahead of time is my recommendation! So Keith - 5 out of 5. Finance person - 1.

This past weekend we have returned to Harvard Ford once again for our 3rd vehicle purchase through them. Always seems to go smooth and fast. Harvard Ford is my go to dealer in the area. This time we had Brandon Goad as our salesman. He was very knowledgeable with everything. He made the experience quick, easy, and stress free. I'd recommend him to anyone and I will ask for him in the future.
We met Brandon Goad Thursday night as he was leaving for the night, called him Friday morning about an Explorer they had at a sister store, and he had it at the Harvard dealership for us to see by that afternoon.
