Had a good experience with Keith Gunning, a salesman at Huntley Ford. Friendly, courteous, and honest with options. I'd go to him again. But to be completely honest, I wish I could say the same about the Finance person who was not quite as open and tried to sneak in a $7500 Warranty without really asking/explaining. Just tried to get it "included in the monthly payments" and hoped we didn't notice. Pay attention and do your math ahead of time is my recommendation! So Keith - 5 out of 5. Finance person - 1.

This past weekend we have returned to Harvard Ford once again for our 3rd vehicle purchase through them. Always seems to go smooth and fast. Harvard Ford is my go to dealer in the area. This time we had Brandon Goad as our salesman. He was very knowledgeable with everything. He made the experience quick, easy, and stress free. I'd recommend him to anyone and I will ask for him in the future.
We met Brandon Goad Thursday night as he was leaving for the night, called him Friday morning about an Explorer they had at a sister store, and he had it at the Harvard dealership for us to see by that afternoon. We drove it home that night! The whole staff was nice to work with. Brandon was very efficient, knowledgeable, and personable, and we'd love to work with him again in the future! Thanks so much guys!

Took my bosses Lexus in to be serviced and had them do a beginner detail. I’ve taken my vehicles to get detailed before and they didn’t come close to the job that Ford did in Harvard. Service managers are excellent have been always given a courtesy ride home and back. Keep up the good work.

This past Tuesday, I called them and spoke with, Freddie, the service manager.
