Best car buying experience ever!! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help without being pushy —at all!! We kept changing our minds and yet everyone there was patient to the end. The staff made me feel welcome immediately upon my first arrival. I worked with Andrew who was very knowledgeable and accommodating. While I quite satisfied with the service and professionalism of the service department, I'm quirk dissatisfied with the quality of the Ford products. There is a very likely chance that when the warranty ends in October of this year I will be changing brands.

The sales team was incredibly nice and understanding, Brandon was our salesman and was very knowledgeable and kind. Brandon escorted us on our test drive, and made sure to explain all of the features of the car both before and during our drive. The finance team was kind and willing to make our purchase as easy as possible, and made understanding the numbers and warranty coverage stress-free and simple. Best car buying experience I've ever had, Bob the manager had everything set up for me before I walked into the door, Anthony Castaldo my salesman walked me through everything and answered every question I had. The finance manager was awesome as well he had loan options right away. In total I was in and out in little over in hour including the test drive, unreal. I saw the vehicle I was interested in online, was there 45 minutes later. Salesperson (Anthony) showed me the vehicle I was interested in, did not try to upsell me. I did feel like the finance manager shunned me, thinking my husband was the buyer. By the end of the deal, I didn't hate him. I would totally recommend this dealer. We were there maybe a total of 2 hours, again, seeing the vehicle online and going in knowing what we wanted.
My future DIL bought a 2019 Explorer in Indianapolis and they were here for Thanksgiving. I was putting a receiver hitch on and noticed some odd tire wear. I called the day before Thanksgiving and they could get it in for an alignment on the morning after Thanksgiving. They were leaving that day so I was very happy they could get the job done right away in the morning.
