I walked into Harvard Ford panicking, I was welcomed by Kimberly who assured me "everything will be all right" she immediately started working on my case. The parts were in stock & the repairs started that afternoon! VERY impressive for not having an appointment!
I traveled all the way from Missouri to purchase a truck and the truck was exactly as advertised and the price was exactly what was committed over the phone. I was very pleased with this experience and would recommend this dealership has been honorable and trustworthy.
The mobile service was completed on my driveway for 2 recall items and was done quickly. Anthony was able to fix a tire pressure sensor and return my tire the following morning which was fine with us being retired. Great work and not having to leave our house was nice.

Went in for oil change on my truck I had purchased from them. Great service from Andrew in sales and the entire service team for an easy experience. Again, the team at Harvard Ford proved to me that they are a company I will continue to buy vehicles from as well as service them.

The dealership sent a valet to pick up my car that needed a recall repair. Everything went so smooth and I had my car back the very same day. I also had them come out and do oil changes on all of our cars. This process was unbelievably quick and convenient. Harvard Ford and all it's staff is amazing to work with and I would highly recommend them.

Brought my truck in for a detailing and had an appointment scheduled. I dropped it off first thing in the morning. Called in the afternoon to find out my detailing wasn't done. I had to get someone to take to and from work the following day. I could deal with that if the detail was top notch. There were parts that were missed on the wash. I had an excellent car-buying experience! Bob and Alex were fantastic to work with. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and never once made me feel pressured. They even let me take the vehicle to lunch so I could spend some real time with it and make sure it was the right fit for me, which I really appreciated. The finance manager also made the paperwork process incredibly quick and seamless. From start to finish, everything was easy and stress-free. This was by far the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this dealership!

Had a good experience with Keith Gunning, a salesman at Huntley Ford. Friendly, courteous, and honest with options. I'd go to him again. But to be completely honest, I wish I could say the same about the Finance person who was not quite as open and tried to sneak in a $7500 Warranty without really asking/explaining. Just tried to get it "included in the monthly payments" and hoped we didn't notice. Pay attention and do your math ahead of time is my recommendation! So Keith - 5 out of 5. Finance person - 1.

This past weekend we have returned to Harvard Ford once again for our 3rd vehicle purchase through them. Always seems to go smooth and fast. Harvard Ford is my go to dealer in the area. This time we had Brandon Goad as our salesman. He was very knowledgeable with everything. He made the experience quick, easy, and stress free. I'd recommend him to anyone and I will ask for him in the future.
We met Brandon Goad Thursday night as he was leaving for the night, called him Friday morning about an Explorer they had at a sister store, and he had it at the Harvard dealership for us to see by that afternoon.
