Well I do appreciate that all repairs were done in 1 day. And thankful you gave me a loaner. I have noticed the last 2 times I have had a visit to Harvard Ford the customer service is below what I normally see When I went to pick up my repaired Flex it was way in the back on the other side of service door. Now Jonathan saw me searching for my car. Did not tell me where it was but asked me to keelpwalking. Poor service! Eventually a very nice young man who was taking a break outside your back service area asked me if he could help. My Flex was way over on the other side of the building in the back. Oh, did I say that they could have told me where it was parked? I am 70 years old and have difficulty walking. Terrible attention to detail

I had an excellent car-buying experience! Bob and Alex were fantastic to work with. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and never once made me feel pressured. They even let me take the vehicle to lunch so I could spend some real time with it and make sure it was the right fit for me, which I really appreciated. The finance manager also made the paperwork process incredibly quick and seamless. From start to finish, everything was easy and stress-free. This was by far the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this dealership!
